Our Mission
AMR at Pensacola, Inc.’s main mission is to provide affordable housing for individuals and families with low-to-moderate income. AMR undertakes community development by renovating existing buildings to supply safe, comfortable and sustainable housing across Escambia County.
A Little History …
AMR at Pensacola, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization and state certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). As one of Escambia County’s largest non-profit affordable housing organizations, AMR has been involved in the development, preservation, and management of affordable housing throughout the County since 1989. What’s Next?
AMR at Pensacola, Inc. is currently expanding operations through “The Phoenix Project”, which includes the development and management of tiny home communities throughout Escambia County.
