The Phoenix Project

“I want 14 Tiny Home Communities Consisting of Approximately 12 Homes Each.”
- James J. Reeves

The ultimate goal of The Phoenix Project’s venture is to develop a total of 14 Tiny Home Communities consisting of approximately 12 homes each . These new communities are being established to provide sustainable and safe housing solutions for individuals who are financially, socially, or institutionally disadvantaged.

AMR of Pensacola, Inc is seeking to develop and manage tiny home villages that foster community, encourage personal growth, and promote access to the care and services residents need through creating a support network with existing Escambia County agencies. The health and welfare of Escambia County and the strength of the economy hinges on an adequate supply of affordable housing for working families, elders, veterans and people with disabilities living on a fixed income.
